Boooo

I want to do a 2 or 3 day fast, maybe a juice fast since I'm also working out - but I'm worried about my husband - I know he'll be on me allnight to eat dinner and wanting to know why I'm not eating. Even if I tell him I'm not hungry he'll make me eat something - I've pretended to be sick enough times that he's on to that one. Ugh. Wednesday will be easy because I work out right after work and can say I ate before that but tomorrow will be more tough - but we are having a happy hour thing after work and I DO NOT WANT TO EAT OR DRINK ANYTHING at it but I still want to go, so if I have a fast to engage in I think it will be easier not to be tempted. I'll give it a shot and see what happens....

You know the really classic tricks right?
* Eat slowly, chew alot, in small bites (if at all)
* Stop to gesture alot, gesturing with your fork is also great because they see you holding the fork (=she must be using it)
*Drink a lot of fluid (so they can see you doing stuff with your mouth)
* Share your food (ooh, this is so good, hre you try some)- also take a piece of their food (oh doesn't that look great can I try some?) but set it on your plate instead of eating it.
* Move your food around your plate a ton (try to condense the mass of it so it looks smaller than when you started)
* Get Creative! I think it's fun fooling people into thinking that you're eating!
